The concept behind Ffatri Fenter was developed by economic development company Menter a Busnes, who have been responsible for the running of the project since its formation in 2001.
By the end of July 2006 it had given entrepreneurial advice and information to 1949 clients, 39% or 676 of which established their own test trading businesses.

What our clients say? The techniques adopted by Ffatri Fenter do not equate to 'learning about business, but is a process which encompasses two main facets:
- Qualitative feedback demonstrates that the techniques used by the project instills confidence and enables business ideas to be turned into reality.
- A recent evaluation of the Taste of Enterprise strand by Old Bell 3 revealed that 91% of the sample of Ffatri Fenter clients questioned gave the highest ratings of either a 5 or 4 in terms of customer satisfaction for the service they received.
