The Dinky Drama Story

Dinky Drama
Despite having three young children, the youngest only a baby, Sarah Owen set up ‘Dinky Drama’, a business which runs drama, movement and music classes for children aged between 2 and 5.
Initially, the plan was to earn a bit of pocket money whilst looking after the children, but after getting involved with Ffatri Fenter and putting together a business plan, she soon realised that her business idea had true potential.
Sarah said: “I had noticed that there were no creative drama sessions in the area for children under 6. As a qualified drama teacher, this was something I could provide and I decided to arrange a few sessions per week.”
Having had some very positive feedback, Sarah intends to further develop Dinky Drama and plans to extend the service to other areas in the near future.
According to Sarah, “the best thing about running my own business is having the flexibility and freedom to arrange my work around the family.”
