How we Recruit Clients

Ffatri Fenter adopted pro-active recruitment techniques right from the start, and has consciously set out to target people who would never have considered entrepreneurship before.  Over the last four years it has focused on young people under 40 from all backgrounds, and run various marketing campaigns to target some groups in particular.  These include students outside formal academic activities, farming families’ sons and daughters and young parents.

Creative Sessions were tailor made for different target groups to explore entrepreneurship as an option and inspire latent entrepreneurs.   These were held with groups of students in further and higher education colleges and with Young Farmers Clubs throughout Wales. Marketing materials were developed specifically to target young parents with motivating case study examples and Ffatri Fenter has attended many summer festivals, agricultural shows and local community events to promote the project and its objectives.
